Clinical Trials  Many pharmaceutical, research and diagnostic organizations use our services to deploy Cardiff TELEform based clinical trial and test submissions.

Fax and Internet Fax and eForm solutions allow our customers to place questionaairs in magazines, journals and web sites for completion and submission by their members.

Central DuPage Health Care TELEform based Incident and Run Reports are used to capture EMD incident details. After processing, data is provided to the State of Illinois Department of Public Health as well as being available to Central DuPage personnel.  The electronic images are stored in Legato for reference by the EMS and hospital administrators.

Jewel-Osco Jewel Grocery and Osco Drug stores are units of Albertsons stores.  The Chicago Human Resource Department has deployed TELEform Applicant forms for “walk-up” completion in the individual store locations.  The Jewel version is an “existing” form in compliance with corporate standards, while the Osco version is a “versiform”.
